„A great time was had! Very clean and modern. We really enjoyed the pool. A few things we ran out of: towels, blankets, and pillows. Lake access was a bit further than we expected. Overall - very nice!“

„We came for the races at Knoxville and had a wonderful time. The access to the house was great. The cleanliness and everything about the property was comfortable and very enjoyable. The game room was a great time too. Wish we had time to utilize all the opportunities outside. When we come back to Knoxville we hope to rent again and stay longer. „Would highly recommend for any group looking to stay near Lake Rathbun. This property was the perfect spot for our 8 couples to stay comfortably with some privacy. The property manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating to ensure we had a positive experience. Incredible experience all around!“

„The house has a very large open living room upstairs, plenty of bedrooms for us. The backyard is large, although most of it fairly steep slope towards the lake. The lake was up several feet when we stayed, so the beach in the photos was under water. Pella is a 7-8 minute drive away. Overall we liked the property.“
