"Dank seiner Lage, direkt am schönsten Strand von Mirissa, mein Lieblingshotel. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber ziemlich sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Essen ist gut, man kann aber sicherlich besser essen in Mirissa. "

"Disappointing. The hotel has spacious rooms and good grounds. The beach is public but a lot of hawkers trying to approach and every night loud music until past midnight.However the service is very disorganised - from not finding the reservation at check in, to it taking ages to get dinner/bill (2 courses over 3 hours). The worst was the check out: trying to charge for a room that has been paid upfront and then charges being put together with a calculator. You are only permitted to see an itemised bill AFTER having paid."

"The location of the hotel was great. We had our peace and quiet in the hotel, but could also easily reach the city of Negombo and do some sightseeing and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have nice rooms and a great outdoor area with 2 pools and the sea nearby."

"Expedia did not submit my booking. I had to wait for hours until things were sorted out. When I thought everything is solved Expedia also forgot to submit that I booked breakfast. The receptionists were helpless and asked me to sort it out. But as a guest this shouldn't be my responsibility. The next day they provided breakfast complimentary because of the inconvenience. Generally the staff was very different. Some attentive an quick (especially during breakfast) and some quite some slow - but all friendly. My journey wasn't what I expected therefore. But the hotel is nice and provides a relaxed athmospehre. Anyway I cannot recommend to proceed a booking via Expedia ever again. Their reply to e-mail was: It could take 72 hours - 28 days for a reply from the responsible dapartment. Thanks for nothing."
