„Let me start with the good points since there are very few : the look of the room - beautiful Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided : - we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right ...

„We are a Group of 7 from Singapore and we had a Fantastic time at the Villa! Great Chef that does excellent local food. A Villa Manager that organizes everything you ask for. A owner that cares and checks in with us if our stay was alright! Definitely coming back. “

„Our family of 5 arrived at the villa at 630pm tired and hoping for a good night rest. Pressed the bell and knocked on the door before someone came down from the villa. Realised they werent aware there is a booking for the night's stay! We had to wait for a good one hour before that poor caretaker sort out the stay wt the owner for our booking and then cleaned the rooms. No service recovery and no apologies by the owner at all. Utterly disappointed! “

„Very nice, spacious house in a great location on the Mahaweli river. We really enjoyed the view from the various terraces on the river and the mountains. The house is well looked after and on site Sakunthala is an excellent host and cook. If we return to Kandy, we will definitely book this house again.“

"Wir hatten das Eckzimmer welches sehr groß war und einen wunderschönen Blick hatte. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine große Auswahl zwischen lokalen und internationalen Essen. Die Rooftop Bar mit Live Musik war auch klasse."
