„We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. „Absolutely beautiful piece of property right on the river. The endless lawn is immaculately upkept, and that comes straight from my ex-landscaper husband. Brock was extremely accommodating and made our stay everything we needed! We hope to come back some day.“

The hosts were kind enough to let us check in early, which made our trip so much smoother. Communication was quick and clear, and they were helpful in clarifying all of the costs ahead of time, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!“

„The property is absolutely amazing with great river access. The kids fished we swam and rented jet skis and had a awesome time. There is a fire pit hot tub and a ton of grass with a nice patio for all family to enjoy. The inside was a little dated the bathtub is uncomfortable a long luxurious soak. „We came down for a funeral and it was so nice to be able to stay in a quiet space where you can sit back on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness of the river. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing and so was being able to walk 20 feet to fish and/or paddle board. We would definitely stay again!“

„It was very clean. Easy to find. It was just right for the location for us. The owners were easy to communicate with. Loved the common area. The only thing in the room that we thought was needed was a small table. Our room was very quiet since it faced the back of the property. The shower was awsome, walk in. Would be good for the handicap. Will possiblt stay here again“

„This place had great proximity to the interstate and was a really cute community. The residence was advertised as a tiny home, but it is basically a hotel room. There is no way to cook food. If I think I’m getting a tiny “home” I would assume that there would be a way to cook food (hot plate or something with a couple pots, utensils, cutlery. „Nice, Clean, and Cool when I got there. Rode in on a motorcycle in 106 degree heat and the room was nice and cool! Has everything you need. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!“
