„The renter was extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make the whole process easy and stress-free. The kitchen, though small, had most of the amenities required to prepare meals readily available. For our purposes, the location was ideal to navigate to multiple places of interest. “

„Clean, odor-free. Comfortable, firm bed. Very little traffic noise. Room was small but adequate. Good value. Friendly reception. There are two diners in Richfield Springs, about 8 miles east; a surfeit restaurants in Cooperstown.“

„Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. „I had a last minute family emergency and needed a place to stay, quick! This Caroga Lake location was available and it worked out wonderfully. The location was great and the size was perfect. Communication with the host was wonderful. I accidentally locked myself out (whoops 😂) and the issue was resolved within a reasonable time. Would definitely stay here again“

„The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!“

„Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. “

„We had 7 families with 15 siblings. Plenty of space! Love the patios and pool! Definitely worth the money! It’s seriously close to CDP. Maybe 6 minutes max! Matthew was great and easy to get ahold of. Lovely view from the front porch.“

„Everything was great. Only 10 mins from Dreams Park. Great pool for the kids. Very clean and everything worked well. Highly recommend. “

"Das Hotel war mittelmässig. Die Zimmer sehr klein. Beim online Einchecken wurde uns ein Upgrade angeboten, welches dann doch nicht verfügbar war. Die Frau am Empfang hat uns nicht wirklich begrüsst. Beim Frühstück waren wir alleine. Es war kein grosses Angebot aber ok. "
