„The problem with this rental is a lack of adequate heat. We arrived on a bitterly cold December night a few days before Christmas. Our two adult children stayed with my dad at his house in Goldthwaite and my husband and I rented this house for ourselves, A cold front had blown in. „It was an incredible stay in a peaceful, beautiful part of Texas. The hiking offered around the property was gorgeous with views of the surrounding terrain. We were warm after our hike so we swam in the pool, it was very clean and perfect temperature to help cool us down. The free roaming animals were sweet and beautiful, they greeted us shortly after arrival! The back porch was lovely for breakfast or coffee in the mornings. „Our stay was great. As it turned out we were upgraded to a larger unit because our original was still occupied. It was great, but one issue was the master bedroom had steps up to the bathroom. My husband is disabled and that was an issue. “

„The home was so comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially like the little extra touches like K-cups for the coffee maker and all the light switches were labeled (so helpful).
