„This is the second time we’ve stayed at the boathouse and we have really enjoyed both times. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“

„Perfect get away, right at the lake. Plenty of room for trucks and boats. Large yard. Huge concrete pad. No craziness getting in and out with boats and trailers. Outdoor power and water hose. Patio area, screened in porch. Cold AC, comfortable beds and fast WiFi. Location is private and in a good area. Minutes from multiple boat ramps. Wasn't the least bit concerned about things getting stolen from the boat or truck. Definitely checks all the boxes for someone on a hunting or fishing trip. “

„For our 50th Class Reunion, the Henry House was perfect. Debra was an ideal host. She let us check in early and made certain all was to our liking. The ambiance of the house was so peaceful. My husband said there was a sweet spirit in this house, and there was. I particularly loved the way Debra stayed true to the character of the original home. We loved it and will come again!“

„This property was exactly as listed. It was just ideal for our needs. The owner was warm and welcoming, and we felt like honored guests upon arrival. She explained everything and showed all of the conveniences and modern upgrades like Star Link internet and streaming TV. The country charm of the cottage was just what we needed after busy days. „We enjoyed our stay. Plenty room for four trucks and boats. 8 guys fit well inside and out. Property was was beautiful and peaceful. Only 2 issues outside of anyone's control, were Gnats and to thick grass to travel through the area to get to the river. Close drive to the state park and has multiple other options for launch's. Thank you for your home will absolutely come back next time we fish Lake Seminole!!“
