„The house is a wonderful little getaway for fmaily and friends. It was very spacious with all the families we had and kids. The kids loved all the games and the basement was wonderful for them. It was nice that all the adults had their own space as well. It was little disappointing that we were under the impression that we were able to use the pool, but once we got to the pool we had to pay a fee to get in.. as we thought all Canadian lakes amenities were included per the description Over all ...

„This house was a comfortable and peaceful place for 5 older adults and a dog to stay. A beautiful location and nice place to take walks. The light outside the door did not work when we were there but I let the owner know and I"m sure it's been rectified by now.“

„Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hosts are great! Helpful, communicative, and made sure we knew all the things there were to do and see in the area. The cabin was wonderful, peaceful and relaxing. We did a winter rafting tour of the Pine through Pine River Paddlesports. Highly recommend! We take our pup everywhere with us and are grateful that Hawk’s Nest Kabin is dog friendly. We will definitely book again!“

„The lake house provided the expected amenities and more. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. Appreciated the quality and number of linens. Unfortunately the weather did not permit us to enjoy the outdoors. However our grandchildren enjoyed the view of the lake!“

„I had an absolutely wonderful stay. When I arrived, it was becoming clear that it was going to snow overnight and then get very very cold. I was thankful to have restaurants and grocery stores close! After stocking up for the weekend, I just stayed put, and relaxed, and really enjoyed the view of the river as I sipped tea and let the world melt away. Didn’t get to XC ski or FatBike, I was just too cozy. Maybe next time. Definitely will be a next time. This was just what I needed:)“

„We enjoyed our stay at the “Cabbage” for an extended weekend. The lake themed decor along with the functionality of items needed when staying away is great! It is so quiet and calm. We walked to the area where you can put kayaks into the lake. There were geese, ducks, and squirrels which made our dog happy. The General Store in the town of Lake is a must!
