„Cabin was well maintained and reasonably equipped. The area was very quiet. If you are visiting the Theodore Roosevelt Park this location is great. Be advised the term cozy means just that. The cabin is small with minimal counter space and table space but fits two adults. If there are more persons and you were stuck-in on a rainy day you might find it very confining. „They charge a little extra for dogs, but it was a great stop for hunters with their dogs. Close to PLOTS land, close to main st, and had an outside grass area right out of the porch.“

„Stayed here in November and was more than pleased with our cabin. Manager here is more than accommodating and a joy to speak with. Our cabin was clean and exactly what we needed. My wife is very very picky and she was satisfied which says a lot. Only downside for us was the full beds instead of a queen but that’s only a preference very nice and would definitely return. “

„I was very surprised to find this location. It certainly did not look like a lodge. The person who checked me in was extremely helpful, I can't say enough good things about her“

"Only with the third attempt, we got a room of satisfying quality: 1st had no TV remote control - had to change(!) room due to thart… 2nd had a not functioning door lock and the security handle was torn away… The girl at the reception desk was very kind and pacient and friendly, though - it“s not her fault if the state of the rooms is not according to expectations…"
