„We loved this cabin so much, we’re thinking about booking now for next year! Early May was the perfect time to walk, shop, eat & listen to live music in downtown Fredericksburg. While this place is not within walking distance, driving to Main Street took mere minutes & was just secluded enough to make you feel super cozy & comfortable. „The location was so great. Right off the heart of Main Street, but with the creek and lots of trees, you felt secluded. The hot tub was a great addition. They also have a deer feeder that brought deer close to the house in the evening. It was a great surprise and a nice touch to our evening. “

„The Samples are amazing host! They thought of everything you would need. The Samples are very detail people and their hospitality is superb. We enjoyed the quietness of the property, feeding the deer and the comforts of home, and so close to Main Street! My husband and I will be visiting the Samples again.“

„The property is well laid out. The high ceiling makes it feel bigger. Nice little patio for relaxing , it would be better with comfortable seating.The hot tub wasn't very clean. The bed is very comfortable, but very high. If you are short or have mobility issues, this could be a problem. There is a microwave, frig and keureg in the room. “

„We had a very enjoyable stay. The home is in great location- just a short drive to Main Street-which made exploring the area super convenient. The house was comfortable and plenty of space for our group. A couple of small suggestions: it would be helpful to have more cups and glasses available, especially since the home accommodates up to 10priple. Also the backyard could use some maintenance, as there were some weeds.Overall great experience! “

„It was a real treat to be able to stay in an authentic Sunday House! It was a true bridge to the past. We walked to Church just as the owners would have done. We enjoyed coffee every morning and a nightcap every evening on the front porch swing.The house was large enough to be comfortable; small enough to be quaint.
