„The host was more than accommodating for our one night stay on a short notice! The king suite was everything the listing described! Two king-sized bedrooms with nice firm beds, comfortable bedding, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Perfectly decorated with adequate space for an overnight, or weekly stay! Cute, historic neighborhood that felt safe with lots of foks taking their daily stroll. Highly recommend!“

„Very charming home! The Elvis pictures & other artwork were a nice touch to the overall feel. I liked the tall ceilings and spacious bedrooms. We walked our dog on the quiet street and got to see the other lovely houses in the neighborhood. The train noises weren't bad at all. The backyard is private & quiet. Very comfortable bed sheets & linens... I want to get those for my own home! Had plenty of towels, and everything we would need in the kitchen - including a Keurig :) Countertops were ...

„The house is in a Sketchy area, but if you’re used to Memphis, it’s perfect and not a bother at all. Our car and belongings were never messed with and we always felt safe. Either way Great place. Real Close to Midtown, where theres lots of great restaurants, bars and things to do. The property manager was very kinds and communicative. 5 Stars!! Stay Here!!“

„Warning do not rent- this house is the worst I have ever stayed in. We couldn’t use the top floor because the AC went out and it was 90 degrees upstairs. The exterior of the home was unkept, cracking, peeling paint, glass door was missing on back door and spider webs were everywhere. The home online was blue and when we arrived it was gray. The doorbell was missing and wires were sticking out. The vents on the floor were dusty and broken, one of the vents had a manhole and we had to cover it ...

„Jamey was very helpful through the whole process. Check in was very easy. Everything was very clean and as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and will definitely stay again should we come back to this area. Very great host! “

„My stay here was excellent.The home was in a quiet, and very nice neighborhood. I loved that it was no more than 5 to 8 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Major plus for me. Very comfortable and cozy home.“

„The property was easy to locate and dealing with the property owner was more than pleasant. My only concerns was the lack of cleaning behind the couch and the buffering on the TV. My overall rating for my stay would be 4 1/2 stars out of 5. “
