„This is a lovely cabin surrounded by trees in a peaceful environment. It is convenient to Jasper, AL and therefore it is a short drive to Bankhead National Forest, 20 minutes to Clear Creek Recreation Area, 30 minutes to Smith Lake, 1 hour to Birmingham, and 1.5 to Tuscaloosa. The photos on the listing are great but it’s more beautiful and peaceful in person. „Our stay here was perfect! From the creek to the upstairs porch watching the moonrise- we enjoyed every minute. We spent time exploring the property, cooked in the kitchen, and ate dinner outside in the wonderful weather each night. During our stay, I also explored the local national forest and hiked in Bankshead. We also went to Tallulah Brewing in Jasper- great dog friendly spot! „What a unique stay! I love this cabin, it's clean and fresh and new. It has a sweet smell of cedar when you enter and a lovely view of a deck and a common outdoor fireplace out back with the river running behind it. „My wife and I were in town for family business. We have many family members in the region, and we wanted to stay far off the grid. I’m glad we did. No phone, no cable, no nothing. Absolutely fantastic! We plan to bring our children on the next trip in about 8 months. This place is #1 on the list for my wife and I. "Schimmel an der Wand im Bad (Wasserschaden?), kein Fön, keine Kaffeemaschine, sonst leidlich sauber (Haare im Bad, Schimmel, Tische könnten mal abgewischt werden). Kaffee beim " Frühstück" morgens um 8.30 leer, leider gab es keinen Nachschub. Frühstück ist " Grab an go", kein Teller, kein Brot, nur abgepackte Riegel. Aber für den Preis sonst ok. "
