„Loved the decor, clealiness of interior and all the rooms were as pictured. The two tvs in the other rooms did not work which was disappointing as lounging in bed was going to be a plus. The carport could have been cleaned off but the host was very attentive in responding and was nice. Was unaware of no cable but WIFI worked well“

„Property is located very conveniently in the middle of town. Very short drives to anywhere needed to go. House was very clean and stocked with necessities. While the surrounding houses are not as updated, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at night. Very easy check-in, and great communication from host.“

„This was our third summer family gathering at Fairchild Landing, and it was great again! The water was up a bit, but that didn’t spoil the fun. The place is super clean and has a great firepit for s’mores! It’s also close enough to Hattiesburg for a run to The Lucky Rabbit. We shall return! “

„Our family stayed in Hattiesburg for the state softball championship. The Brady bunch house was very conveniently located to USM. The stay was great very clean and comfortable.“

„It was amazing! We loved how we could all be in the kitchen or living room or on the deck together. It was great for gathering. We were able to relax and enjoy because all of our accommodations were met. The owner was very understanding when we had unexpected car issues on check out day.“
