„We had a great stay! Tim was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and as other guests have said - the photos don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are good sizes and we had everything we needed. My daughter appreciated the tvs with access to app subscriptions. The hot tub is huge, very relaxing. Lovely to have a fire and outside space. Being next to the stream and right by the waterfall was a great bonus. “

„Overall amazing. Location was a bit of a walk from bus stop for my 74yr old father. Calm and quiet neighborhood. 15min walk to closest bus stop with my Dad. Probably would be 5 mins for normal walker. “

„Very overpriced. We were traveling with a group of 7 so we booked 2 exact apartments in the same building. Vrbo charged me more than our friends paid. They booked through Expedia. I will never use Vrbo again. The owner then charged me more money when we arrived, after the final online payment was made. He stated we didn’t pay for enough people, The apt sleep 7 we had 3 ppl in ours. Explain that? Pictures online were from another much nicer location (catfished). Very unclean. Cheap furniture ...

„We had a great stay during the Tourist Trophy race week and enjoyed our stay in Port Erin very much. The house was spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of linen and towels for everyone. The garage was a big plus, as we arrived with private motorcycles.Also, the property manager was really nice and responsive.However, small details matter and left a bit of a sour taste in everyone's mouth:- There was mildew in the corners of the bathtub. "Positives: Room Comfortable. Restaurant good and plentiful with helpful asian staff. Super location with bus stop outside the door. Lift to help accessibility. Reasonably good value for money. Negatives: Reception inpolitie. Severe lack of middle management. Fire Alarm was activated during the night. No proper evacuation procedure. Obvious lack of fire training for staff. No one able to reset the technic and all elderly and special needs guests had to walk many flights of stairs. No roll call or guest checklist. I would still come again and would only cautiously recommend this hotel. "

"We had a wonderful stay in the Halvard hotel. The staff were welcoming, and accommodating for our requests. Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the sea and the promenade. The breakfast was excellent, with good options for hot breakfast that's freshly prepared and a small buffet. The location of the hotel is great, being less than 10 min walk from the ferry passenger terminal, on the sea front and downtown area, and in walking distance to the bus station. We loved our stay here, it was the highlight of our trip! Thanks to the Halvard hotel team :)"
