„This place was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 3 children.Plenty of room to spread out. We could be upstairs and cook, eat and hang out or be chilling in the basement playing pool or watching a movie.Home and kitchen was well stocked and even included complimentary coffee! The two sets of washers and dryers for laundry in the basement is a great idea for larger groups!The owner was easy to contact and was very helpful. „We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)“

„Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!“

„Hi there! I had a wonderful time in the room and got the much-needed rest I was looking for. The space was clean and minimalist(good thing). I do have a couple of suggestions: a coffee table would be a useful addition along with a wall clock, and it would be great if the rear entrance from the parking garage were more accessible. Also, I found navigating from the Star Trek spaceship walkways to the building a bit tricky. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again!“

„We stayed here for the accessable to the Red Bull Soapbox race. Very happy with the parking across from the unit. Loved the outdoor sitting area. We were treated to fireworks on Friday night with a perfect view from the patio. Lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Unit had everything you need and was spotless! Jesse was a great host and the restaurant suggestions were spot on. We would stay again if in the area.“

„We had a fun time staying at this house. We visited downtown Des Moines and had a great time at Adventureland. The only suggestion would be to have some dish towels in the kitchen. The arcade games, ping pong table and skee-ball were popular with the kids. “
