„We rented this because of the king bed, which was very comfortable. Could ask for TV in the bedroom where king bed is as there is only a TV in bedroom with queen bed and no TV in living room either. Very nice house and appeared to be a nice location. “

„This rental is so cute and cozy! I stayed there with friends for two nights for a weekend event in Indianapolis. The fairy/string lights and faux vines throughout the house are an adorable touch, and worked very well as nightlights. The living area and master bedroom have ceiling fans in addition to the central AC, which was very nice as I enjoy having the sound of a fan while I sleep. „This is an apartment complex with some furnished apartments available for short-term stays. It is old, but well -maintained. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The area was nice.“

„House was in a perfect location for all our touring needs. It was much better accommodating compared to a hotel. It could benefit from a better cleaning crew, considering we all pay 100 cleaning fee. “

„Delivered as mentioned, very Charming. The home had everything we needed and more. Could've spent more time relaxing and enjoying everything but we did have other places to see. The town doesn't disappoint at all as we could have spent more time in downtown as well. Good job Noblesville and hope to perhaps be back some day. TY“

„Overall the experience was positive. The apartment itself is newly remodeled and equipped with all the basics. Parking was plentiful and general location is decent.A few problematic areas :-The shower valve would not fully engage or flow to the shower head; the water in the tub while running the shower backed up quite significantly. -Upon entering the building there is an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallway which filters into the apartment.“

„The house is close and convenient to Grand Park. Communication was thorough and responses quick. We did have some issues uoon arrival with cleanliness of the house. Chad was quick to respond and address the issue.“

„We stayed here instead of driving home after a concert. This is a great place to stay, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Clean with a private entrance and it looks just like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again! “
