„This is such a cute and quaint cottage in an absolutely perfect location. Everything was within walking distance, coffee, food, groceries. Cottage was just lovely inside and loved sitting on the porch watching the world go by. And out dogs loved the yard which was spacious and safe for them, so important when traveling with 4-legged friends. Definitely want to come back sometime. Thank you.“

„Beautifully remodeled home. You are in walking distance to historic downtown Silver City where you find some great restaurants. The Western New Mexico University campus is also just a stroll up the block. We will definitely stay here again.“

„This place was perfect! The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s an awesome location because it’s quiet and near a bunch of open space, but it’s four minutes from downtown Silver City. We spent a bunch of time on the porch, which has shade, a breeze, and a killer view of the hills of the Gila National Forest. Oh, and the starts at night are beautiful. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and hopefully we’ll come back ourselves ...

„A wonderful little funky house. The art outside and inside the house made for a wonderful few days. Comfortable and convenient to the Blues Fest as well as the rest of town. The four of us all slept well and enjoyed our time there. Hope to reserve for next year.“

House is showing its age a bit but no major issues and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!“

„Great location, even though the listing showed it in a different area and gave the wrong address, it was still close to where I wanted and I was able to find it by remembering the picture. Owner was very helpful and we arrived to a very clean, cozy cabin with a christmas tree which the kids loved! The kitchen was stocked although we had brought our own items, it was very helpful to have condiments and sugar and coffee. They also provided items to make smores!“

„The property/ neighborhood was very quiet. The property has a very tall fence for privacy. There was plenty of room for parking, turning around. We needed to reach the host for a minor issue which was quickly resolved. “

„Amazing stay! I am originally from Silver City and came to visit family. The location is in a quiet and scenic area, plus the accommodations are new. Everything you need was in the house including washer and dryer. The property managers were very nice and also helped me to extend my visit for an extra day. Will stay there again soon!“

„The owner/or manager was very defensive and controlling and combative regarding when, where, how, why the lock box would/would not be fixed replaced, etc. leaving the guests feeling uneasy about the stay, communication, etc. Accusing us of being spoiled, and then stating that we needed to be gone within 48 hours if we did not feel safe. I replied that we did not need to move, we simply needed a key that worked or a repair to the lock box. The owner/manager tried to accuse us of breaking the lock ...

"Ich hatte für 2 Nächte gebucht. Die Dusche in meinem ersten Zimmer lief pernanent, das sollte angeblich am nächsten Tag repariert werden. Fand natürlich nicht statt, ich wurde in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt. Am Abend standen dann plötzlich Leute vor der Tür, weil sie das Zimmer doppelt vergeben hatten. Beide Zimmer waren dreckig, die Möbel angeschlagen, die Eismaschine war kaputt, zum Zudecken gab es lediglich ein Laken, keine Decke.Insgesamt deutlich unter dem Standard, den man von einem Motel 6 erwarten können sollte."

"Alles in allem ok für eine Übernachtung. Leider habe ich hier ein zwei tote Insekten auf dem Fußboden gefunden und auch der Teppich und die Möbel müssten gereinigt werden. Aber von der Hygiene für eine Nacht machbar. Viel Platz im Zimmer. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Klimaanlage sehr laut und auch Nachts hört man Züge und andere Dinge sehr lautstark. "
