„I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and its owners. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, lots of peace and quiet. Owner Karen really went all out to make sure our stay was peaceful and comfortable. „This townhouse had everything we needed for a weekend stay for a group of eight. Plenty of space, good parking behind the unit, unit was new and very clean. Only thing was that the walls were a little thin and we probably annoyed our neighbors.“

„This was an excellent place to stay on our family getaway for a favorite cuz birthday party. My parents love the location & the quiet serenity. House was as described in listing. Austin was wonderful to work with & replied to any questions we had in a timely manner. Would be a great place for any outdoor enthusiasts. Would rent this lodge again “

„This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!). „We stayed for close to a week while visiting family. It was an easy location for us to be and perfect for a family of four. Looks like there will be even more room there once the basement is finished. “

„My family was looking for a place to hide out from fireworks and let the pups swim!! The house was just what we needed. We heard a few fireworks mainly off in the distance so the pups weren’t overly bothered by them. The two bigger dogs loved playing in the pond and going for rides on my paddle board and the littles got to enjoy all the new smells! We didn’t catch any fish but we tried. Overall a perfect place to hideaway. “

„This was the perfect home and location for our large family to have a home base for our Hawkeye’s graduation weekend. The house was very cozy and nicely stocked. Bryan not only made it feel very personalized with freshly stocked coffee/water, notes and welcome baskets, but also stopped by to clear the driveway and deck from tree helicopters for us to host family for lunch after commencement.Would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay again for future Hawkeye game!“
