„I have stayed at lots of vrbos and this by far has to be my favorite. The tranquility and peacefulness that engulfed this home was like no other. The area was quiet and perfect. We traveled to Tennessee to go ride atvs in the mountains, and this was a perfect retreat after a long day. This house just keeps going! „Spotless, with very comfortable beds and furnishings including snacks, towels, and extras! There is not a full kitchen, but they have a toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster oven, and grill available with plenty of disposable dishes. Very quiet, with a great outdoor space facing the woods. Fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating too. Highly rexommend!!!“

„Delightful patio and view. Hot water worked, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and useable, fridge and appliances all worked,. On the negative, some of the towels were old and scratchy, the living room A/C was noisy. Although building access was good, the windows are weak points in the security of the apartment. The outside of the building is badly in need of maintenance. And, please tell renters about the very tight parking space. “

„We found this to be the perfect place to stay for a true Knoxville experience. It is located at the center of everything and easy to get out of the town with a very convenient garage. The fully appointed apartment is very comfortable and roomy. Loved the decor.Communication with the property manager was outstanding - a very personable and efficient individual.Would stay there again!“

„Had the opportunity to stay here with my son while touring the University of Tennessee. Great location, clean residence, and responsive owner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.“

„We were only here for 3 nights and it rained almost 1 whole day, we still had a great time. We brought our boat and the grandkids and they had a blast. The convince of having our own boat ramp and covered doc was amazing. The view from the property is incredible. Host was very timely in responding to messages and made our checkin process very easy. They say it was the best vacation ever!!!“

„This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly). “

„From the very beginning the host was incredibly responsive and inviting. The view from the porch was truly better than the pictures. The house was conveniently located just a few minutes from a couple of very nice restaurants while still offering a mountain getaway feel. Can’t wait for my next trip back to the head rest!“

„Had trouble getting messages back from host I had to initiate the call 1 day prior finally recieved call back that evening Didn’t realize the host was living there full time But he did accommodate us as we pet set for Mr T he’s sweet and very well behaved just kinda weird but had no other places to go everthing was booked and last minute getting host to respond but all in all served the purpose “

„The place was in a very quiet area and was very well outfitted. It was very relaxing.“

„The loft was very cool, and my wife and I loved the layout. It was clean and comfortable. Location was great with a lot of food and things to do nearby. Would definitely consider staying here again. Only complaint is that the closest parking (next to the building) is a paid lot. There are unpaid lots walking distance, but we chose to pay to park for convenience. “

„Great location and great price. The open concept is beautiful. The only downfall is that it's kind of loud but expected since it is downtown “
