„After our originally booked apartment for our London trip was canceled, we were very lucky to get this apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful. Questions were answered quickly. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, we lacked nothing. Well suited for two people, but a bit small for three. If there's anything to criticize, it's the water pressure in the shower. Thank you for having us.“

„I booked this property 5 weeks in advance to stay 19th to 24th June 2025. Host ignored all of my messages and never sent me check-in instructions. On the day of check in, I asked him again for check in instructions. He immediately cancelled the booking, leaving me stranded in London with nowhere to stay for me, my wife & two children. „Overall, the location is either at the end or the beginning of high st, depending on which direction you are coming from. No breakfast provided. Bathroom & toilet wise is a bit small and small in space. You have to sort of crossover the toilet seat to get to the shower cubicle. Bed wise, quite comfortable but I think they need to replace or add another pillow for comfortable sleep. Very clean when i checked in. The location is fine for the Met line tube but to say this is Northolt is very misleading. The unit is above a car dealership and the unit appears to be run by them. "Top eingerichtete Zimmer inkl. Kühlschrank, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Etwas weitere Fahrt ins Zentrum mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Underground aber knapp 500m entfernt. Insgesamt alles sehr gut und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einziges Manko: Nachricht an das Hotel dass wir mit Hund kommen wurde von Expedia nicht ans Hotel übermittelt - schlecht. Handhabung vor Ort aber sehr kulant und ohne zusätzliche Aufwände - vielen Dank an die Rezeption!"
