„We were unable to stay at the property due to several issues but overall it was the large amount of dead bugs on the floor including a dead cockroach that made us leave. The other issues are as follows: the bathroom door is permanently locked - my husband almost got stuck, the key holder to get inside the property is very difficult to open and we spent nearly 10 minutes just trying to get the lockbox open, surfaces in the property were tacky (sticky) or had residue, the mattress in the bedroom ...
