„7 family members stayed 4 nights as we watched our son/grandson/brother/nephew play his last college baseball games. The house was perfect for us. Convenient to campus, ball field, meals, and stores. Hot tub was hot and perfect after sitting in wind and cold at the ball games. Nice living / dining area to sit and visit. Molly, our host was helpful and responsive. All in all, a very nice visit“

This property was absolutely perfect as we were away from the craziness of of Brookings on graduation day but still close enough that we didn't feel like it would be a hassle to get to the city. The property was impeccably clean, well maintained, well stocked and cozy. We loved our stay and are excited to return next year. The property was impeccable “

„Great place to stay if you want something that feels like a home away from home. Super cozy, cute and updated apartment. Full kitchen, living room area and a great deck to relax on. Walking distance to Main street where you have your pick of shops and restaurant/bars. We were there for a wedding and our first trip to Marshall was a success. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit!“
