„We stayed here for 1 night with 3 kids ages 11, 4, and 1. The room was very thoughtfully laid out. Loved having a separate sitting area and a full kitchen. Everything was very clean. Loved that there was no carpet, and there were mattess protectors on the mattresses. For the price, this was an unbelievable value. Only constructive comments would be they need to deep clean the floors (kids feet were black after running barefoot), and some dish soap for the kitchen sink would be a nice option. ...

„very nice place! clean, well appointed, just a few minutes from the university (Law School Graduation) loved the coffee bar and the availability of recycling! lots of cooking dishes, beds were nice. I'd just mention that the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all not even noise! WIFI was intermittent we assumed due to the recent storms, but no big deal! LOVED YOUR PLACE!! If we are ever in Waco your place would be our first choice!! “

„Being a big "Fixer Upper" and Chip & Joanna Gaines fan, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to book this property! The grounds and home were beautiful, and you could tell it was totally Joanna's vibe inside.
