„The address number listed on Expedia site and info messaged says 363 which does not exist. The correct address is 351. The microwave was not working properly but we were able to use one downstairs. The fridge leaked a little water from somewhere every few days no idea why as we had nothing in the fridge that would spill. But overall was a great apt to stay in Miraflores. Security at front door to buzz people in and out made it feel very safe. Great location. Would stay here again. “

Fomos muito bem recebidos e o lugar é simplesmente excelente, passávamos o dia em passeios e ao chegar no quarto era como se chegássemos em casa. No domingo de Páscoa realizamos um delicioso Café da manhã com o grupo de amigos que viajavam conosco e isso só foi possível devido a maravilhosa acomodação e prática cozinha que tínhamos a nossos dispor. „Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing. "Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Personal freundlich, aber sehr zurückhaltend. Ruhige und sichere Gegend . Herr Mauricio und Herr Raul an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Die Managerin Frau Carol Soto war sehr entgegenkommen und höflich zu uns. Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist gut!"

"Staff very friendly and welcoming, we even received a free chocolate cake for our National Day, which I'd have never expected that they would check these things about the origin country of their guests! What a nice surprise! Generally they were very attentive to make sure we have a pleasant stay, also at the bar or the breakfast, which was rich with buffet and a la carte options. Some little things were broken (elevator or parts of the bathtub), but otherwise it was perfect."

"A newly built hotel with modern design and good equipment in the spacious room, especially the bathroom is pretty. The window was quite small in our room, so it was rather dark. Also the window could not be opened at all. Staff very friendly. Gym could benefit from a weight lifting machine, just cardio and free weights available. Roof bar and pool nice although small. We couldn't charge our consumption to the room for some reason, looks like we would need a card that we didn't get. Strange. Also sad that there seem to be no stairs to be used by guests, so even for just one floor we always had to use the elevator."
