„The property was clean and just as advertised. The owner was also very flexible in extending our check out time by a little bit since the checkout time was 10 and we had a funeral at 1, leaving us with 3 hours of downtime. We were all very appreciative and would leave a higher review if possible!“

„The unit is spotless, greatly appreciate how immaculate it is. It was not explicitly stated it was on the second floor only accessible by outside stairs. Yes, the was a picture of the stairs in the listing but there was also a picture of the front of the building and several doors. I did communicate this to the owner and was told I should have known from the picture. Highly disappointed by the response. “

„Property looks a little questionable from the outside but is wonderful on the inside and very quiet inside. There’s a unit above the unit but I think it’s vacant, no noise from above and you can’t hear any road noise. One bedroom does have a king size bed but I do wish that room had blackout shades which the other room with the queen bed does have blackout shades which was perfect for my 4 year old. There is a small window on the front door which I wish was covered or had a curtain but it really ...

„Definitely one of my favorite places I've ever stayed and I've been a lot of places. From the camper to the fire pit with wood included to the s'mores fixings to the hot tub to the theatre to the thoughtful pet friendly touches. I could have stayed forever and definitely hope to return sooner than later! “

„This was my first trip back to Wise and Dickinson Counties in 30 years and the first time for my friends. This house was a wonderful base for day trips in different directions. The space was perfect for a good night sleep to get you ready for another busy day.“

„The property was unique and roomy as advertised, and very convenient to Breaks. The location offers very limited options for dinner, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. Kinda pricey for only 2 people, but great if you are filling the space. “

„What a wonderful property! We loved the privacy of our site and the outdoor area was so fun and relaxing for my partner and I! The hot tub was a hit for him and provided much pain relief and I loved having the ability to cook on the griddle/grill combo! We met Wes on our way out and had a wonderful talk about the area and local culture- he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We both hope to be back for another visit soon! “

„The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Only 2 minor items to mention. The water in the shower is poor and the front door gets stuck on the uneven floor. These items did not affect our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone. “
