„First thing I like to say is that this was one of my best vacations in Nicaragua. My family loved the house and the staff. The location of the house is what we were looking for which is secluded, private and quiet. Nelson who is the property maintenance man was great and very friendly. He connected us with horseback riding on the beach which my family loved. If you are into hiking and off road driving this is the location for you. I would definitely stay at this location again.“

„This is a gem! The pictures do not do justice to the property! It’s right on the beach and the place is perfect for hot weather. We were 18 people in our party and was big enough for us. The house is well made and well designed. The only downside is that the property has no WIFI On another note, make sure you read all the details about the rental. there is an extra charge for electricity. Ours was 64 total for 3 nigths/4 days and we hardly used the air conditioning nor use the washer or dryer. ...

„La atencion fue de lo mas excelente... La persona que cuidaba la casa nos dio informacion para poder disfrutar nuestra estadia y lo cual fue asi. Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces. Me encanto la cercania de la propiedad a la playa y el espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%.“

„We stayed on the property 5 days, there were 4 of us. The property is as described, several entrances but if you rent the entire thing, not a problem, I do see a problem with noise if you have to share the property with another party. Everything was well stocked, there is a multiple booklet explains how things work and just some good notes on the property. We were not able to cook or heat up any food so make note of that, perhaps a microwave would be a good addition. The AC units leaked but ...

„Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. „Fantastic host, staff and place. I had problems with vrbo app while booking but John Paul did an excellent job fixing ever for me. Beautiful place , views and location. Short walk down the beach to several good restaurants. We were there early in the week and the beach was almost deserted. I imagine it’s a lot busier on the weekends. Will definitely be back to visit again. “

„Me and ny 3 kids had best time, my love it, they want to stay longer which is hopefully next will definitely stay longer oh yes the most i love about is its so peaceful, i enjoy a lot listening sounds of the ocean 😌 and also we enjoyed Doña Dolores ( the lady who works there ) she is amazing and she those cook a good meal for Us everyday, we love her. "Had to stay here due to an injury and was glad to be able to have an accessible room and a wheelchair. Comfy bed, great breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby. Amazing food court right next to the hotel was concenient as there is no food other than breakfast in the hotel. Hotel and the rooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade and replacement of the carpet. "

"Der Mann an der Rezeption war extrem unhöflich und wollte mir nucht das gebuchte Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten geben, ich brauchte dafür einige Zeit ihn zu überzeugen. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienungen ist nicht immer gegeben. Die Musik am Pool ist extrem laut, an relaxen und ausruhen ist da nicht zu denken. Der Speisesaal ist sehr kalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Gut ist die Nähe zum Airport ( genau gegenüber) der Shuttlebus zum Airport, da dort gerade Erdbewegungen im Gange sind."
