Although we initially had trouble accessing the unit due to unclear instructions, once we got in, everything was fantastic. „We had the best time at Matthew’s property! We had 3 families staying (one with 2 younger kids) and having separate bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. Check in was super simple and we didn’t have any issues. The house was super clean and the amenities were excellent - the hand soap smelled so good; we loved that he provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each of the bathrooms; towels were also provided, both for showers and the beach. „We stayed at the Tree House as part of a family-reunion group with the others staying in other properties at the Homestead. The Tree House was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked for cooking purposes. The deck is a bonus, with regular deer sightings and black squirrel visitors. „The house was a perfect getaway. It's a super quiet and peaceful area. My favorite part was having my coffee on the beach every morning. The house itself is a little outdated but everything is fully functional. There's enough space for everyone to stay comfortably and not be on top of each other. We were able to be secluded in a bedroom if needed and all hangout together in the livong spaces when we wanted to. "Für eine Nacht völlig ok. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft, das Zimmer klein und z.T. etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch charmant eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln."
