„Good condo in Homestead village. A bit dated, as mentioned in other reviews, but overall a good place to stay with a great view. Very comfortable for 2 couples as each "suite" is on opposite sides of the unit, providing good privacy. A bit tricky finding your way to the beach. Loved the location as we were doing a color tour and wanted something outside of Traverse City (too busy). „We were very happy with the rental unit - After Dune Delight . We had 3 1/2 families with two set of children (4). We were pleased that both the upper and lower units had fully equipped kitchens with fully stocked cabinets and all the appliances that we needed. The two levels gave us the opportunity to have some quiet time away from the larger group. „Wonderful views of Lake Michigan; would have preferred greater beach access. The condo was pretty clean-dirty carpet leading up to loft. Really needs updates-flooring, kitchen counters/tops, same with bathrooms.“

„Our stay was perfect! Clean and plenty of room! We love Suttons Bay and this was very convenient in getting to and from all of our favorite spots! The hot tub was a great bonus for our evenings!!! Highly recommend!“

„This property is beautiful and very clean. Our host Christine was so sweet and was quick to answer any questions we had. The golf carts on property were so convenient as well. Big or small this property has it all; from canoes, fire pit, heated pool to robes and slippers. We were in town to celebrate our son's graduation from the maritime academy and she left a sweet gesture for our family. If you're on the fence booking, don't be. You will love it. “

„We loved staying here. Amazing location. The condo was very clean. Things are a little dated and the kitchen could use a few more amenities. The freezer was also so full of ice buildup that it broke the freezer door and consequently the fridge door wouldn’t close. The whole thing should be replaced. We ate out the whole time, so it didn’t affect our trip. But if we had brought food that needed refrigeration or a freezer we would have been disappointed. “

„This home is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend booking it for the perfect getaway. The host is extremely kind, reasonable, and communicative. I had zero issues getting ahold of him, even over the weekend. The house sits on a private road at the top of a hill overlooking the lake.
