I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. A bathroom is available in the main house, 50 or so meters away. It is not separate from the host's living space (i.e. not private). All three bedrooms are similar in size with comfortable beds. The owner always responded quickly. I strongly recommend. “

„This is a great property at the Outlet, on Charleston Lake. We stayed in the smaller cabin and it was perfect for our getaway. Cabin is clean, well stocked with cooking essentials, fresh linens, fire pit and a beautiful view of the lake. Our host was fabulous. Great spot at the end of the laneway for snacks/icecream, breakfast and much more. Our only regret is that it was only a short staycation/recharge. Wish we could have stayed longer.“

Das Haus war nicht ganz so sauber, was vielleicht daran liegt, dass jeder Gast bei Abreise die Böden selber wischen soll. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Waschbecken im Keller Badezimmer sehr verdreckt, deswegen haben wir dieses gar nicht erst benutzt. Das Handbuch fanden wir sehr gut, da dort alles, was das Haus und den Aufenthalt betrifft, sehr gut erklärt ist. ...

„We were going to ganonoque on a boat cruise with family yo celebrate my mothers 85th birthday. I found this place on vrbo and we are so lucky we got it. Cole our property manager was attentive kind and answered emails promly. I am sorry our time actually at the place was too short as we werent able to utilize the amentiies such as hot tub or sauna but both looked amazing.thank you again for a lovely visit. I would highly recommens this place.“

„We had a lovely stay! Our week started with a group of friends for a reunion. There was lots for everyone in our group to do including playing in the water and wandering the property. The kids enjoyed watching the chickens!The next part of the week my parents and brother joined us. We had a wonderful and relaxing time watching the freighters go by on the river! Thank you!“

„We loved our 3 days and 4 nights at The Dance Hall. The wood burning stove was enjoyed and appreciated as the weather was quite cool and wet. We loved listening and watching the loons, geese and herons from the dock. We did some paddling in the kayaks provided around islands not too far from shore. The cottage is filled with interesting antiques, cookbooks, a record player and records. We would love to come again. “

„Apartment well located in Gananoque on the riverside of the St-Laurence River with a private beach. Lance is a very attentive host. The only negative point is that the bathroom is in one of the rooms. Really not pratical for the occupants of the second room“

„We really enjoyed the cottage and its many amenities. We really loved the hot tub and loved the view, girl, and fire pit area. The cottage is very well decorated and quaint. The live-edge countertop on the island is super cool. We loved it!“

The huge bathtub is great for a relaxing soak. The large kitchen is big enough for prepping meals with a group. The solid wood accents throughout the house give homage to its past. "Zwar ist das Hotel sehr neu, aber das nützt wenig, wenn das Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt wird. Wir hatten überall Chips Krümel im Zimmer und im Bad waren viele Haare - im Waschbecken, auf dem Toilettensitz und in der Wanne. Der Nachtschrank am Bett war total klebrig verschmiert und nicht gereinigt worden. Das Bett war ziemlich schmal und für zwei Personen schon fast zu klein. Dazu war die Matratze ziemlich hart, was sehr untypisch für Nordamerikanische Hotel ist. Das Frühstück war einfach nur schlecht. Das sollte sich das Hotel am besten gleich sparen. Wir würden hier nicht mehr übernachten !"
