„This was our second trip to Lake Norris for a family get together and we will definitely return to this property. The house and property have everything you need to have a great time from the time you get up to the time you go to bed. Due to the timing of our stay we were not able to rent a boat but er still utilized the great dock. We used the kayaks that are provided and did a lot of cove to cove exploring. „We have been renting houseboats for years on Norris Lake, however this was our first experience, staying on a houseboat that had to remain at the dock. Honestly, we were a little apprehensive about remaining dock side but ended up, enjoying being dockside more than when we are anchored somewhere on the lake. „We had a wonderful time. Cherokee Lake is best kept secret, we’ve made it a yearly place to visit. Our family loved tubing and wakeboarding on the lake all week. The house was perfect and the best house for a large family with plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. The giant pantry is perfect for large groups and all the fridge and freezer space came in so handy. We plan to come back next summer! “

„Our stay was wonderful. Nature all around us. The cabin was very well equipped. Nothing we can thing of was missing. Shower room has everything short of a toothbrush. :) Kitchen has a bar area that seats 4. Coffee/Kuerig combination that also dispenses hot and cold water. Big smart TV in living area. Check in was super easy. An access code is sent and it works well. For nature lovers - we were very amused by all the hummingbirds chasing each other around. “

„This place was nice for a quick weekend lake trip. The proximity to the boat dock was clutch. There were window AC units in the living room and master bedroom which was nice, but the bunk room was pretty hot. However, the host had a bunch of box fans in the unit that made it completely fine. It served our needs perfectly for a weekend spent out on the water. “

„This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall ...
