„Check in info was perfectly explained. House was a bit dusty, more than likely due to winds off the lake. Shower curtain was not fastened at the back side of the tub and caused huge leak, good thing we had more than two towels with us. Shower head should be cleaned as it likes to spray random water. View was spectacular. After a small issue of the wifi, our stay was nice. We did not use linens or towels provided but brought our own. We cleaned up after ourselves using the vacuum provided. “

„We booked the Duke house for our daughter’s wedding outside of Solver Lake. This was the perfect “home base” for us to return to each day from setting up, the wedding ceremony and reception and clean up the next day! So comfortable and quiet. The views are exceptional.We highly recommend The Duke House! “

„My family and I had an amazing stay. This cabin is in a great and quiet neighborhood that has good activities for young and old. The Lake House restaurant serves a delicious menu that is walking distance from the cabin. The property is well kept and offers amenities for an enjoyable stay. The hosts are very helpful, kind, and responsive to any concerns you may have. We will definitely return to stay here.“

„The house overall was the perfect size for our family. The great room was the ideal space to hang out and have everyone in one space. Radiant floors were great but somewhat glitchy and overheated areas at times without any adjustment to the thermostat. The hot tub cover doesn’t work nor did the jets and the steam shower was out of order but not mentioned in posting. The play room was great for the kids and adult kids. The carpets are pretty stained especially on the stairs. “

„Close to many of the well known fishing lakes, streams and rivers. Close to shops for supplies and resturants. Lots of wild life to watch and nice trails to walk. Lacking a number of necessities we had buy like clothes hangers, bowles, wine glasses, small spoons, a baking pan and such. Not a big expense but not what guests want to do upon arriving. The back yard is 100% fenced but all weeds, dried grass and lots of dirt! Our dog had to be brushed down every time she went out.“

„My family stayed three nights recently at Kick Back Cabin and found this home to be awesome! The cabin comfortably sleeps everyone, offers quiet spaces and an expansive dining table to have gathered for Thanksgiving, board games, and crafting. The kitchen provides all the cooking tools/appliances and table settings for gourmet food/beverage production! As Winter-time guests, we used the hot tub often: hot and clean and perfect for soaking following forest walks. Guests will find host Cody ...

„Very nice and cozy place to stay! The property was well kept, quiet and a fairly private location along the Little Deschutes River just a few minutes away from La Pine and La Pine State Park. The house is stocked with all the necessities for a comfortable stay including kayaks for an additional fee you can use along the river. Ran into the owner who was super friendly and pleasant to talk to. Found my place to stay again next summer...you won't be disappointed. “
