„I stayed over Christmas with my pup. It was a really large space for the two of us. I like the location, quiet and rural. There aren't any street lamps so once the sun goes down, it's pitch black. Would suggest bringing a headlamp for those with a dog. “

„We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! I looked forward to it every evening the pressure and hot water is perfect and the quality shampoos and soaps provides smelled wonderful! „I loved this spot, right near the water and has a wonderful lookout point. Just be ready for leg day because the stairs after a few trips are no joke. The house was clean and was well maintained. Thank you for allowing pets. “

„I came up with my teenage son and some of his far-flung friends who usually only meet on zoom and wanted to have a getaway together. They cooked, hiked and played board games. Everyone liked the house. It looked even nicer than the pictures. Very roomy. Lovely rural area to explore. Everything we could want for our stay except the wifi could be better. There was decent cell service though.“
