„We really enjoyed our stay with Jim. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything you could ever want, the furniture was clean and comfortable, the TV was great, and the water pressure was awesome in the shower! (Probably only important to me). Jim sent us clear check in information early so we knew what we needed to do. I don’t know if we would ever go back to Oxford, but we would definitely book this house if we do. Thanks for everything, Jim. You’re awesome!“

„The house was wonderful! Well located, and close to Ole Miss. It was so nice to have a TV in each bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked. Family room was comfortable. Communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. “

„Magnolia Cottage was a fantastic place to stay for several reasons: The house is clean and beautiful. The location is perfect. You can walk to a group of restaurants (Volta, good day, Big Bad Breakfast, Jinsei), take the bike path and walk to campus or walk down Lamar to the square. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to enjoy all aspects of Oxford and Ole Miss.“
