You do not get the whole villa, there are two bedrooms that are rented out as well as the suite. „Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud.“

"Wir waren begeistert vom äußerst hilfsbereiten, zuvorkommenden Personal und der Lage des Hotels. Der direkte Zugang zum wunderschönen Strand und dem kleinen Pool zur Abkühlung waren eine tolle Sache. Die Pizza, die es im Gegensatz zur restlichen Karte immer gibt, war ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko sind einige Baustellen im Bereich des Möbiliars, Z.B. Lose Schranktüren, verzogene Duschtüren usw. Unabhängig dieser Kleinigkeiten hatten wir aber einen äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll geführten Hotel."

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, which we really appreciated. A huge shout-out to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Highlights: Location: Direct beach access is a dream! Breakfast: Instead of a buffet, they offer a delicious à la carte breakfast (included). I highly recommend trying the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast – it was absolutely superb. One downside: While the general staff was fantastic, we found the management/owners to be a bit rude and unfriendly. This was quite a contrast to the otherwise warm and welcoming service we received from everyone else. Conclusion: If you value cleanliness, amazing food, and being right on the beach, this is a great choice—just be prepared for a slightly cold reception from the management."
