„If you are looking for a very real, wild west experience in the heart of the beautiful Texas hill country, this is it! This property is remote, and beautifully framed by the rugged bluffs of the Llano River making it wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the Texas scenery in the comfort of modern amenities and accommodations, not the least of which was the wildly popular pool and slide.It easily accommodated our family gathering of 19 ranging in age from 3 to 72. We had a great time! “

„We were on our way to a wedding on the weekend in Granbury and decided to stop in Fredericksburg for two nights. This is our fourth stay in Fredericksburg and 10th in the hill country and this was one of our favorite accommodations. The kitchen and living areas were quite large for the studio style set up ( the bedroom is not completely separate). The kitchen was also well equipped which isn’t always the case. „Quaint home, great host, very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for the two of us. We would stay here again. FYI The bathroom is small and getting into the house would be difficult for someone with limited mobility.“

„What an amazing experience. Even though I planned this trip last minute, our hosts Zachary and Anna were so gracious to us and accommodated our needs with my 2&4 year old littles. The homemade breakfast in the morning was delightful and we felt so comfortable and at home on their beautiful grounds. We will definitely be going back for another stay soon!“

„We absolutely loved the property! It was perfect for baseball families traveling for a tournament and wanting to stay together. The only issue we had was getting ahold of the property manager. We reached out through VRBO and the direct number provided in the house and never heard back. “

„My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy.“

„This place was great! Practically new. You surely won’t find a nicer place for the money. Had everything we needed plus an awesome choice of coffee drinking spots, complete with wildlife - almost like they’d planned it LOL.“

"Schon sehr runter gekommen. Für eine Nacht erträglich. Frühstück fiel fast aus , da der Guy nicht gekommen. Mann an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, zu retten, was zu retten war."
