„nun ja, ich bin ja echt Kenya-erfahren; aber dieser Aufenthalt verlangte mir einiges ab. Nach der "nicht vorliegenden" Buchung und schon gar nicht dem Transfer erhielt ich ein Mini-Doppelbett-Zimmer, dafür wäre jedoch das Frühstück inclusive..!? Warum sich in diesem der Spiegel im Zimmer und KEINER im Bad befand entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. „The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. “

„Positivo il soggiorno stile africano, poco chiari riguardo al pagamento della cena. Meglio accordarsi prima o andare a fare la spesa con loro se si ha tempo. Una volta se ne è andata la luce ma dopo poco è ritornata, hanno attivato il gruppo elettrogeno probabilmente che faceva rumore dal mio appartamento. Dopo un' ora ha smesso.“

„This was a fantastic experience. The beach house is huge and very comfy - plenty of space for my husband and I, our two sons, our daughter in law, my brother, his wife and daughter, and my two sisters. Me and my husband stayed in the inside/outside room where we could decide whether to sleep indoors or under the stars with only a mosquito net in between. We were steps from a non-crowded beach on the Indian Ocean and could relax in the sun and sand all day and rest on the chairs and beds back at ...

„Nyumba Sara was a wonderful place to enjoy our holiday. A beautiful, elegant home with a lovely terrace to capture the seabreeze, relaxing view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms, and a one minute walk to the beach. The house staff took care of us like family and the chef's cooking was five stars- we ate like kings with fresh seafood deliciously prepared every day. It was hard to leave :)“

„We stayed over the Christmas and New Year period and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were courteous and professional and both Franklyn (the property caretaker) and Patrick (the chef) were truly outstanding.“

„Quiet and serene location. A stroll on the beach was very therapeutic. The team at the Villa reached out to us while we were still enroute, very reassuring indeed. The restaurant with in the premises was responsive to our requests. The stay was enjoyable and the location very convenient for us.“

"Das Billionaire hat zwei Bereiche: das eigentliche Billionaire Resort am Meer mit Appartements (22 insgesamt, von denen aber 11 im Besitz von regelmäßigen Gäste ist) und das „Lion in the Sun“ (nicht direkt am Meer), das Zimmer anbietet. Bei der Buchung in Expedia landet man im „Lion in the Sun“. Im Lion in the Sun gibt es mehrere Hütten, die je 4 Zimmer beinhalten. Jede Hütte hat ihren eigenen Lounge Bereich mit Sofas und einem eigenen Pool. Außerdem gibt es noch einen großen gemeinschafts-Pool. Frühstück gibt es in dem Teil in dem man übernachtet. Restaurant nur im Billionaire. Ein Shuttle Service Transportiert einen wann immer man möchte von einem in den anderen Teil (600m Distanz). Der Strand am Billionaire ist felsig, die Pools im „Lion in the Sun“ sind traumhaft und sehr ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen. Das Fitnessstudio ist gut, hat aber leider kein WLAN. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Der Strand am Billionaire hingegen war etwas enttäuschend."
