„Great view of the city! Very comfortable beds, clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for communication was I did not receive my check in instructions an hour before like they said. I had to call them but it was handled very promptly. It was noisy due to interstate traffic but they have noise machines in each bedroom. Would definitely stay again.“

„Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus selber war nicht so okay. Das Parken war eine Katastrophe, sehr umständlich per NFC-Code. Man muss eine amerikanische Telefonnummer haben, sonst funktioniert es nicht. Mehrere Emails an den Parkhausbetreiber gesendet. Zum Schluß funktionierte es nur per Telefon, um aus dem Parkhaus zu fahren. Der Pool war verschmutzt und das Wasser war eine milchige Flüssigkeit. Lage war gut. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt “

„Eine große und nette Unterkunft! Vom Parken bis zum betreten der Wohnung ist es etwas kompliziert, aber man hat sich wirklich größte Mühe gegeben jeden einzelnen Schritt für den Check in zu beschreiben. Die Gegend ist ist gut, wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt! Das Apartment hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Hier und da klebte es oder es lagen Krümel herum. Ich bin großer Fan der Kasa Apartments!“

„I was super excited to rent this place until I got there I had issues with my code but customer service was great n helpful zero complaints about that... The apartment doesn't get cleaned properly I found an airport tag from June under my nightstand zero Internet n couldn't watch anything on the TV in the living room the area was ok really close to lots of things n activities.... Food crumbs in the master bedroom nightstand water leaking in the master bathroom looks like they just go do beds not ...

The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area. “

„Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area of Dallas. Was in town for a conference and standard hotel rooms were 4x the cost while I enjoyed an entire condo to myself. The place felt like home and the owner was incredibly hospitable leading up to and throughout my stay. Response times for any questions were almost immediate and anything I needed was attended to right away. I will be staying here every year forward when I come to town for this same ...
