„Das einzig positive ist der Parkplatz. Sonst ist es alt und die Ausstattung ist miserabel. Die meisten Dinge funktionieren nicht wirklich (z.B.: Safe oder die Dusche) - es gab Schimmel im Bad und generell wirkt die Innenausstattung wie 50 Jahre alt.“

„Muy buena ubicación, precio razonable. Mucho espacio. Necesita cortinas en la ventana del baño, deben poner un poco de shampoo, tienen que revisar los plafones, se levantan en las noches, entra un olor a desagüe a la habitación. Son sugerencias para ampliar las posibilidades de la propiedad.“

„Personnel acceuillant mais parlant peu anglais. Seule la demoiselle lors de notre depart nous a compris. Lors de notre premier matin, nous avons pris notre douche a l'eau froide. Déjeuner correct. Personne n'a pu nous aider pour connecter notre nouvelle carte SIM.“

„Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war unvergleichlich. Mit großer Herzlichkeit wurden wir in der Nacht aufgenommen und konnten am nächsten Morgen über den paradiesischen Garten staunen. Steve und Nancy gaben uns so viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, die wir zum Glück alle auch wahrnahmen. Vielen Dank für diese ausgezeichnete Unterkunft und unvergleichliche Freundlichkeit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder- bis bald!!!“

„This location was great. It was very clean, very Central to everything we wanted to do. 15 minutes from downtown, lots of places to eat nearby at all price ranges. The rooftop pool was incredible. The whole deck area there was awesome. We all enjoyed our stay there, it was a great laruching point for all our adventures in San Jose. Highly recommend this place.“

„This place has great amenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, pool table, and games) and is in close proximity to nearby restaurants, bars, grocery stores, activities, & parks. Uber is available here. The apartment was clean and we felt very safe in the area. Would recommend and will be back!“

„Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees“
