„This is the perfect place to unplug and relax! We loved feeding the fish and watching the hummingbirds. There was very little noise, other than the sounds of nature. The hosts were very accommodating. They checked in by message to ensure we were enjoying our stay, and left muffins and fresh flowers at our arrival. The cottage was charming and beautifully decorated. We loved every second and would definitely stay again!“

„This place was exactly as it was described. The king bed was a little hard, but it was memory foam so if you waited, it conformed to you. It was a perfect place for what we needed. They have everything you need. Including an instapot. I will atay there again if it is available the next time we come here.“

„Made contact with the host prior to booking to make sure getting there early in the morning was ok, and that there was room to park a trailer. They responded quickly. Then knowing we were going to be getting in late and be in the sun all day, they went in and turned the air down for us before we got there. “

„We just wrapped up another great stay at this charming Lee’s Summit home. This property is part of a duplex. I've stayed in the upstairs unit before and had a fantastic experience. This time, since I was traveling with my family, we decided to try the downstairs unit.The location is unbeatable if you want to be close to downtown Lee’s Summit. „We come every year in September and stay at this house this year we came in September and December. Only real complaint we have is the quality and amount of toilet paper that is provided. We usually bring our own or have to go buy some and that shouldn't be a thing. “

„First, finding the house was a bit of a challenge. It's a bit hidden from the main road and not all map programs seemed to know where to go. The host is trying to get that corrected. The online photos did make the rooms look a bit larger than they actually were, AND we old folks with bad knees found the stairs to the bedrooms a bit challenging, but other than that, it was the perfect headquarters for a long overdue family reunion. „Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. The futon in the living room could use replacing as one corner of the back of it was bent/broken so we didn't trust it would hold anyone sitting or leaning back on that side. But other than that, the place was neat, clean and nice. The hosts were responsive and the neighborhood was quiet.“

„This is a beautiful property! We never turned on a TV, but there are several screens throughout. The host has filled the home with anything a guest may need, and communication was amazing. The pool and lounge area was well used when the weather allowed. We appreciated the feeling of solitude while being close to everything.“
