„This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle of every day life and enjoy some peace and quiet. It's like very high end camping. We saw deer in the yard on 2 different occasions and there is lots of room outdoors for children to ride bikes and play outdoor games. The swingset was a hit with our toddlers and babies and the trails were enjoyed by the teens. „Two night stay. There were five adults of which 3 were seniors. We only used the beds, Kurig machine and WiFi. All of these were as advertised and we had no issues.Neighborhood is convienient for anything in or near Topeka. It is also a quiet established neighborhood.“

„Excellent location. Host extremely responsive. This is a basement of a home. Some children running upstairs, it didn’t bother us at all, but should be noted. There is also no TV. Again - we weren’t there for TV, but something to note. Full kitchen, bathroom and even a washer and dryer. Plenty of space. “

„The property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy as the code was sent to us days before entering. Beds were good and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances pretty new. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our stay was enjoyable.“

"Okay, das Hotel hatte einen erheblichen Wasserschaden im EG und ein Aufzug war defekt… kann keiner was zu. Also abgehakt! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider ziemlich dreckig! Popcorn zwischen Bett und Sofa, Schnutz im Bad, Chipskrümel im Schubfach, Müll unterm Waschbecken! Das geht gar nicht. Frühstück unterirdisch! Nur eingepackte Bagles, wenig Auswahl, billigstes Plastikbesteck, Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt… alles in allem: für ein Hyatt Place mehr als enttäuschend!! "

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock. Glaube 239. Mit Blick auf ein Dach mit Generatoren. Der ganze Boden hatte vibriert. Vorallem wenn man vor dem TV Möbel stand konnte man es spüren. In der Nacht sprang immer wieder die Heizung oder etwas ähnliches an (es war nicht die Klimaanlage) was sehr störend war. Die Leute im Nachbarzimmer haben immer wieder gegen die Wand gepoltert. Vermutlich auch weil es sie gestört hatte. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, welches wir auch bekommen haben, aber sie Stv. Managerin hatte nicht wirklich Verständnis gezeigt und uns kaum geglaubt. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr sauber und empfehlenswert. "
