„Sophia at the front desk is the asset of this property. Had a not so pleasant experience checking out in the past with one other receptionist though. Room is very spacious and having a/c is a major plus as most places in Guatemala do not have a/c (other than major hotels in the city). La zona donde se encuentra es muy segura, con muchos servicios y restaurantes. Cerca también se encuentra paradas de transmetro para moverse aunque si te apetece cambiar puedes llegar al centro histórico en 20-30 minutos.“

"Das Hotel ist schön und luxuriös, für mich als Raucher aber völlig ungeeignet: Es hat weder Balkone, noch sonst einen angenehmen Platz, wo man rauchen kann. Man muss also vor die Tür gehen und dort rauchen, was überhaupt nicht luxuriös ist. Für mich ist das Hotel Barceló das beste Hotel in Guatemala."

"Avons passé 3 nuits au Hyatt Centric Guatemala (une à l’arrivée au Guatemala et 2 autres à la fin de nos vacances). Hôtel localisé proche de l’aéroport. Parking pratique et gratuit. Confort de la chambre et de la literie au top. Plusieurs restaurants localisés aux alentours de l’hôtel. Avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour."
