„The only thing I was disappointed with was the master bedroom furniture placement. The Queen bed was placed against a wall, not just the head of the bed but also a side. There was no way to get in bed on that side, you have to crawl up from the foot of the bed. I will be more observant in furniture placement when next I reserve [which I will] with them again.“

„This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! „But we did not all stay there., We had a family meeting for a family funeral and it was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the grill in the backyard. Plenty of open space and everyone enjoyed it. The neighborhood was nice and safe. It was close to Family property in Topeka. The host was wonderful. We had no problems. The Internet works great beautifully decorated. “

Having the address, door code and parking information made for a smooth arrival for all of us coming from different locations. The house has large bedrooms so everyone could spread out in their own space and come together in the living room to share meals and laughs. „Great place to stay for a small group“

„This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle of every day life and enjoy some peace and quiet. It's like very high end camping. We saw deer in the yard on 2 different occasions and there is lots of room outdoors for children to ride bikes and play outdoor games. The swingset was a hit with our toddlers and babies and the trails were enjoyed by the teens. "Okay, das Hotel hatte einen erheblichen Wasserschaden im EG und ein Aufzug war defekt… kann keiner was zu. Also abgehakt! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider ziemlich dreckig! Popcorn zwischen Bett und Sofa, Schnutz im Bad, Chipskrümel im Schubfach, Müll unterm Waschbecken! Das geht gar nicht. Frühstück unterirdisch! Nur eingepackte Bagles, wenig Auswahl, billigstes Plastikbesteck, Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt… alles in allem: für ein Hyatt Place mehr als enttäuschend!! "
