„We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If ...

„A neat, reasonably priced property in a great location with direct access to the beach. The host was prompt in responding to communications, the rooms were clean, and our family had a wonderful stay.A few things to note:The master bedroom mattress was very firm and a little hard on mine and my husband's backs, and we had pressure point aches most mornings. „Comfortable overall including beds. Nice view from most rooms. Enough dinning/kitchen space for our group of 7. Back porch/ deck was a plus. The only issue was, the upstairs tub had been repaired and was a little weird but did not leak and when hanging a face cloth on the towel rack, it fell of the wall as if had been previously glued. We all still enjoyed our stay.“

„Check in was great after i got the right cottage (4 on the property.)very quaint, very sparce o. The amenities... extra trash can & maybe a table lamp in the living room. 1 brite overhead light! The view and location and convienience certainley make up for other short commings. My daughter , grand daughter & I had a wonderful visit“

„The house was ok. The oven didn't work. I texted the landlord, and she offered me a pizza. (That i would've paid for upfront and they reimburse after our stay was completed. Nice location, but not so good communication. “

„Klare Empfehlung für eine Familie. Sauber, geräumig, modern und komfortabel. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und zum Strand waren es ca. 3 Min. zu Fuß. Einzige Anmerkung: Der Hinterhof könnte etwas gemütlicher gestaltet sein, so dass man gut zu 6. sitzen kann. Es könnte draußen etwas gepflegter sein. Aber es ist trotzdem eine wunderschöne Zeit gewesen. Wir würden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!!!!“

„Great stay, the house is very conveniently located (50 feet to the beach, 0.5 mile to a Harris Teeter). There's some beach stuff (chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a few body boards). A few things to consider when renting this house:1. Bring a few knives. The ones that are there are super dull2. Bring spices, sugar, and salt 3. There's no AC in the smaller bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us, it wasn't very hot, and there's a large fan4. Wi-Fi signal is pretty weak (barely any in the backyard), ...
