„Nice house for our first time in USA, very quiet location even if it's directly on a street. Downtown Mooresville is reachable by foot but better by car. Check in was easy and also the check out “

„What a wonderful cozy place to stay! The lot has an amazing view of the water and the new dock was a wonderful place to stay, play, and dock the boat. We stayed for a week and made so many beautiful memories. Everything is even better in person! Shops, and restaurants are within 10-minute range. We walked in the morning and enjoyed the area. Kids loved to see deers walking in the forest. We would definitely stay again! Absolutely a gem! “

„Is overall we really enjoy this property! The nice thing with this property is we didn't have to pack everything in our house but the kitchen sink. I had the bed sheets, the bath towels, towels for the lake, beds made up, hand soap, dish soap, very high end brand of everything in the shower! Couldn't ask for more. Very attentive! We will seek them out again. Much better than dealing with homeowners!“

„My boyfriend and I did a brief staycation here and absolutely loved it! It is pet friendly so we were able to bring the dogs and enjoy the lake. It’s also close to a few hiking trails around the lake which was perfect for us. The porch seating options were perfect for relaxing or working from home while checking out the view. Hosts were very communicative as we were getting ready for our trip. “

„I traveled to Statesville for work to go to a weeklong class. I wanted to do something different instead of a hotel. This apartment was HUGE, very spacious, clean, smelled amazing, and very well decorated. Very well designed from a magazine. It's above a bookstore in an old building so there is exposed brick, ducts, and ceiling beams. The flooring is real wood through out. „The listing was accurate. Quaint place to stay. Master bedroom is up a spiral staircase. Two bedrooms on main floor. Only one shower on main floor. Upstairs has a bath tub. It is on a busy corner but did not impact our stay at all. The host was great about answering questions and responding to our needs. Great size kitchen and living room. “

„Overall our stay was excellent. We were in town for a graduation. The house was adorable and very well decorated. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels! Back yard was large and the outdoor toys were a bonus. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The homeowners go above and beyond- there were even snacks for us!! We had an issue with the Internet/wifi when we first arrived and the owners fixed it immediately!! I definitely recommend staying here! “
