„Upon arrival, we were very surprised by the location (high on a hill but easy to get to), the layout of the house, the cleanliness, and all the amenities. The views of the hills and the Salmon River were outrageously peaceful and beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking pot, pan, utensil you can imagine--all looking new. „Cat Creek is heaven on earth! The cabin is charming and the views are breathtaking. A sunflower lined driveway leads to a private beach, just a quick walk to the water. The beach is gated and is quite possibly the best spot my family and I have ever enjoyed on the river. „Absolutely Perfect! Loved the trip, a week of relaxation and beautiful views. Loved the wildlife, and all amenities. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the Place! „The description doesn't adequately describe this unique property. On a warm summer day, you can play basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, pool, plus bike and BBQ while enjoying the park-like yard. This place is a real gem. Loved it. I've rented dozens of short-term rentals for work retreats. The King Cooper Mountain Mansion was among the top 3 ever. The house is immaculate. So much effort must have gone into restoration of this mansion.“
