At the end of our stay we felt like we were part of the family. Their hospitality can’t be beaten. Seriously, don’t stay anywhere else. You will find yourself submerged in true Ibarra with true friends “

„We love this house. It is in a fantastic location, close to everything but secluded from street noise. We travel full time and stay in lots of STR. This one is far and above one of the best. It has comfortable furniture, lots of blankets and an extremely well stocked kitchen. We love the fruit and avocado trees. Paulina the property manager is easy to contact and very helpful. We originally booked for 4 week but choose to stay 12 weeks. “

„We rented the 3BR/3BA unit that is the entire upstairs level of Watzara Wasi. What an incredible and beautifully constructed place! The owner, Rolando, and his lovely wife and kids live downstairs. They allowed us complete privacy but were always available if we needed anything. We purposely chose to stay here, outside of the main area of Cotacachi, because we wanted to be in a more rural area with local people. „Spacious, comfortable place to stay right by the lake. Safe neighborhood, secure parking, and the bilingual host treats you like family. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Luis and his wonderful family are very knowledgeable about the area and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!“

„The property was great. Spacious, well furnished, clean, close to the main street. Easy access to shopping, transportation. The manager was easy to reach and very helpful. The building was very secure with a gated entry, alarmed building at night. The gardens are absolutely beautiful on the property. I will most definitely stay here again.“

„A bit noisy at times but to be expected on a bus route. Beautiful views. Church Bells added an Old World Charm. Rooftop was nice.“

„Plenty of room for our group of 12. The owner even came over and helped us start a fire, for the cold nights! Also had periodical cleaning which was an added bonus. Only issue we had is the downstairs shower only had cold water so we had to share the 2 upstairs between 12 folks. Not ideal but was do able. Great house in a quiet part of town.“

„We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This apartment was even better than we hoped. Everything was immaculate, the location was perfect. Yes, there was a little noise at times, but you are right in the middle of town and so that is to be expected - it certainly wasn't a problem. the manager, Rafael, was excellent and arranged a driver from the airport and then on to our next destination, Mindo. "⭐️ Guter Preis 18$ Zimmer ⭐️ Einfacher und freundlicher Checkin ⭐️ Warmwasser vorhanden über beheizten Duschkopf 😁 ⭐️ Wlan vorhanden auch im Zimmer 104 ⭐️ Ich konnte gut schlafen 😴 da mein Zimmerfenster Richtung Flur war. Pünktlich um 7:00 Uhr hat der Baulärm von der nahegelegenen Baustelle 🏗️ begonnen, siehe Video."
