We loved the lack of WiFi, felt more like an escape (although cell service was strong if we needed anything). No dishwasher, which some might find off-putting, but not a problem for us. „This house was perfect for last getaway of the summer. The property had plenty of space for our two family’s and everything you need to cook. The wrap around deck was beautiful as were the views. We enjoyed fishing, were able to walk to disc golf course and enjoyed the town. The outside seating areas were enjoyed by all and can’t recommend this place enough. “

„We’ve had a lovely stay with Michael as the host. The tents are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean,well thought out (everything in one stall) and well kept. Even toiletries are provided! Upon arrival Michael explained everything and provided us with power bank and lights for the night. Unfortunately it rained that night, so we missed campfire and s’mores in the evening. „What a great little cabin! It has everything you need with both firepits and fireplace ready to go. The seating near the creek is perfect and so relaxing. There was just two of us but the cabin could easily fit more comfortably. We will definitely rent this cabin again the next time we ate in Rye.“

„This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. „The yurt was very comfortable and clean. The pictures were accurate and we really appreciated the tie out for our dog. You really only need to bring yourself and your food. What a great way to camp! We did have some terrible with the power staying on but the host was extremely responsive and did his best to help. We will be back. “

„This property was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean. Very private. Lovely nature all around. Hot tub was hot and perfectly functional. Grill was clean and also functioned well. Washer and dryer clean and newer model. We would for sure stay here again if in the area! Host was always prompt to respond and informative.“
