„UPON ARRIVAL YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. SO I TURNED AROUND AND LEFT. BACKED TRACKED AND LOOKED ELSEWHERE. AFTER 30 MINUTES OF GOING DOWN OTHER ROADS, I WENT BACK AND WENT BACK TO PRIVATE RD AND WENT PASSED SIGN. THEN I SEEN ANOTHER SIGN WITH THE ADDRESS AND IT WAS NOT VERY BIG. COULD NOT SEE IT FROM THE SIGN THAT SAID PRIVATE. NORMALY WHEN YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. YOU DON'T GO PAST IT. I SUGGEST A SIGN THAT SAYS HICKORY HIDEOUT.“

„We had an amazing time! I came for a girls trip but saved the listing for future family trips. There was lots to do at the house and the communication with the owners was top tier! Bonus: we had a good thunderstorm our second night that made the power go out.. thank goodness there was a generator! About 30 seconds after the power went out, we heard it kick on! We were the only ones with power for about 4 hours. This area is wifi dependent as the service is extremely in and out, we loved having ...

„Spacious cabin that accomodated our large family. We enjoyed the nature scenery around. All the seating indoor and outdoor. The firepit, the grill, the shuffle board table. We enjoyed it all. “

„We loved this place! No highway or road noise. No loud neighbors. No car doors closing at 2 am. The loudest things around were the crows at sunrise. We are all country folk, so we enjoyed the drive in and the cows. The Little Missouri River runs right through the property, so you can relax and listen to the flowing water. „Communication with the host; Cody was great. He was always super quick responding! We were in town to visit Crater of Diamond Park- location was only a few miles. The house was very clean, updated and had everything we needed. They even had some games, which we enjoyed playing at night. Def recommend to others!“

„Everything was perfect for our joint family vacation! Everything was thought of. Games, laundry detergent, trash bags, first aid kit, s'mores sticks, water toys, bug spray..even food for the cat! It was a perfect drive to town for necessities, shopping and to the Diamond Mines for our fun! One of the cleanest places we've stayed at! We can't wait to come back!“

„Very quiet and private. Comfortable and plenty of space inside and out. Fire pit was awesome and especially nice was the screened in porch. Laundry room made it nice so we had fresh clothes. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. The blackstone was great. Very short walk to sandy beach. Will definitely book again for next year.“

„My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was clean and quiet. Checking in and out was so easy. Definitely worth the price. It’s a small cabin with a bed, small fridge and a microwave so it has electricity. It also has water outside and a fire ring. There I also showers and bathrooms located on the property. It’s less than a 1/4 mile from crater of diamonds state park. Will definitely stay again! “

„This was our first time staying outside of a hotel for an extended stay. Beautiful cabin out in a peaceful location, perfect for family bonding. The host was above and beyond helpful, courteous and personable, answering any questions throughout the booking process and during our stay.“

„Serene place to stay next to the river. Listening to the flow of the river,birds, and nature made for mellow mornings. Definitely, family-friendly with plenty of things to do. “
