„Nate’s property was up-to-date and nicely decorated. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and linens. Beds were comfortable, too. We felt very safe, as the property was in a nice residential neighborhood. Entry way was well-lit and check-in procedures were detailed and easy to understand. Our only regret is that we didn’t have time to enjoy the patio and fire pit!“

„This was the perfect location and house for our family while visiting our daughter and family that live within a 6 minute drive. We were there from NC for the High School Graduation of our granddaughter. The house was exactly what we needed with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our NC grandson was most excited about visiting his TN cousins and the chickens and cool rope swing behind the house in the woods. So glad we found this on VRBO and plan to return. Thanks again to the owners who were great!“

„The house is uniquely designed. The decor was cute and cozy. House was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our team to relax near Union City. I was able to message the owner for something I had left behind and got a quick response. Recommend 100%.“
