„We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). „We stayed two nights at the Osbourne aparthotel Eastbourne Check in was super easy and the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, not only at check in but throughout our stay. „The Toy House is a beautiful beach house with a wonderful location and direct access to the sandy beach. We travelled with children (one of them a baby) and we had no trouble staying there since it is very child-friendly in terms of safety, equipment and toys. Everything was provided which allowed us to have a very relaxing trip and stay! We also enjoyed the playground and outdoor working-out area down the street. "Insgesamt hat das Haus einen abgewirtschafteten Eindruck gemacht. Das Personal war bemüht, aber das rechtfertigt nicht den Preis. Auch das ausgeschriebene Mini-Golf gab es nicht. Der Höhepunkt war das Frühstück. Das Full-English-Breakfast war von der Menge her überschaubar und geschmacklich fad und fett. Das Zimmer war nur halbwegs in Ordnung; insgesamt runtergekommen, in der Dusche war ein Automat, der die Temperatur des Wassers nur schlecht reguliert hat."
