„Our group of ladies (7) enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and accommodated our group well. The stairs to downstairs was very steep, so keep this in mind for older adults. The parking is limited and there is no turn around area. We didn’t like backing into the road to get out. However, very nice cabin.“

„This place has a lot of charm with the A-frame design and fit 3 couples easily. The dining space was great for big meals together and the appliances were mostly up to date, the knives need to be sharpened though. The available spices and other basics in the pantry were very helpful, along with options for cooking equipment (pots & pans). Thanks again to the host!“

„This property provides all the essentials. It is very well laid out and is very comfortable. The outside seating area is excellent. The weather during our stay was unseasonably hot. But we did have a couple of very pleasant days and we all enjoyed conversing on the deck and watching the fireflies. “

„So quiet!! Great place to unplug and unwind. House is very comfortable and well maintained. Loved the setting. Located at the end of a road bordering FDR State Park. Callaway Gardens is nearby which offers seasonal events. Decent array of places to eat in several neighboring towns. “

„Comfy and cozy! With 2 hottubs!!“

„The property had a lot of roaches. It was not really the cleanest place. The pictures are of the linens that were on one of the beds. There is a 4 inch drop from the Living Room into the two bedrooms and bathroom. There is no sign and unmarked. My mom fell and broke her ankle. “

„What an amazing place! The home was even better in person. Beautifully restored and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also perfectly situated a short stroll from restaurants and the city square. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place for anyone looking in the area.“

„Mountain Getaway is a cozy cabin tucked away in the woods. There are a couple of places outside to sit - the front porch swing is awesome. We didn't sit on the back porch as it kind of looks over the cabin next door. Plenty of space inside for two people and the dog. We loved the fireplace! And the furnishings were comfortable. Great getaway!“
